Birthdays, Bikes, and More

Hannah's daily job is unloading the dishwasher.  It used to be a huge struggle every day for her to do it but once she realized it gets done quickly when she has a good attitude she has been awesome at it.  It also helps that she is motivated because she wants to play with friends and knows she doesn't get to until her work is done.

Eliza wants to ride a bike like her siblings.  Hannah and Ethan decided to help her learn to ride her bike with training wheels.

Some days (like this one pictured) Eliza and Ethan are great friends.  Other days (like today) are the opposite.

Cute.

They have always enjoyed making these blanket, pillow, stuffed animal creations.

These two kiddos spend lots of time each day reading books.  I love it.

Hannah with one of her good neighborhood friends.

Andrew's birthday party playing lazer tag, driving go carts and bumper cars and playing mini golf at kokomo joes.

Ethan has been into batman lately.

Dinner was not being made fast enough one night so Hannah and Ethan informed me they were making a platter for the kids.  Ethan made scrambled eggs and Hannah made toast, grated cheese, cut apples and added carrots.  They told me and Daniel we could have some if there was any leftover :).

I can't believe this boy is 9!  He is an awesome kid and I'm so grateful for him.

We celebrated his birthday with the neighborhood kids by having a small party including a water gun fight.

It didn't take Eliza long to get the hang of it.  Now it is all she wants to do.

Night time FHE activity at the park.

Hopper is still doing well!
Our biggest news lately is we ended up not getting the house that we were planning on.  After the inspection was done we learned it needed a new roof among other things and we couldn't agree on a price after that.  We are back to looking.  We have one we are considering but if we don't get that one we may sign a 6 month lease and try again early spring.  We will keep everyone updated!
