Easter and Ethan's Birthday

Easter walk at the temple.  I love Easter week and the opportunity to reflect on the last week of the Savior's life. Hannah is showing some things she'd found that represented the atonement.

We went "egging" with our friends.  The kids hid easter eggs in other peoples yards.  They were supposed to be quiet so it would be a surprise, but quiet part was quickly forgotten :).

Happy 5th Birthday Ethan! I sure love this boy!!

He was very excited to get a watch.  He was not surprised though...he picked it out himself before Christmas.  He has wanted one ever since Andrew got his.

Another Harry Potter wand.  So they can duel.

I love this kid also...even though he badly needs a hair cut.

And yes, I love these girls also. I especially love how Eliza is looking at Hannah. We did our egg hunt on Saturday because it was supposed to rain Sunday.  Hannah thought we couldn't do the egg hunt if they weren't in their easter dresses.  These dresses were given to them by their cousins whose Grandma had made them when they were these sizes.

I tried to limit the sugar by filling some eggs with puzzle pieces.  They had to trade pieces with each other so they could complete their puzzles.

Happy Easter!

I'm so grateful for the Savior and what this day means!

I tried to get a group picture after church.  I pulled out cute individual ones, but after about 100 shots, didn't get any good ones of all four together...

...possibly they've had too much sugar.  Yes, I tried to limit it but I wasn't successful.

Definitely too much sugar.  Not that its easy to get a group shot any other time, but this was a whole new level.

Ethan was so cute wanting to tell Eliza what he learned about in primary

I tried the puzzle idea again.  We are still missing an egg :(

Ethan's party.

Andrew was in charge of a game that he worked hard on with his friend.  He loves taking the lead.

Daniel captured this one.  I love it! I love the beautiful tree in our neighbors yard...and those beautiful girls.
